In this innovative residential development located in Baben, Bardoli, we explore the dialogue between individual identity form and collective form through a series of 4BHK bungalows that resonate with the essence of modern architecture. Each unit, while repeating in its layout, emerges as a unique entity, embodying the elegance of separation through strategically designed water channels and floating plinths.
The front facade, an interplay of exposed brick and a single-slope roof refined by the addition of Metal C channels at the edges, creates a visual rhythm that captures the eye and invites contemplation. Our material palette—exposed concrete, raw brick, Metal C channels, and stucco—conveys a rustic yet minimal aesthetic, imbuing the project with an intriguing tension between the organic and the constructed.
Within each residence, the double-height spaces foster a sense of openness, facilitating dynamic living and fluid connectivity across multiple levels. The incorporation of skylights further enhances this ethos, allowing natural light to permeate the interiors, creating a luminous experience that celebrates the harmony of nature and architecture.
This project stands as a testament to the interplay of simplicity and complexity, inviting inhabitants to engage with their surroundings in profound and intimate ways.
