SINCERE GEO-mETRON is the purest geometrical shaped Residential Housing located in Ankleshwar. The project aims to support Social and Cultural interactions via redefining the Indian identity of shared spaces such as Chowk and Central Courtyard. Each of these design solutions acts as an urban activator, bringing urban life through humane design solutions. The 10m wide road acts as a spine connecting the 2 parts of the site and binds the layout through Nodal Point (Chowk). Though the site being divided into 2 parts, the planned layout encourages residents to engage with one another whilst mediating their relationship with the broader neighbourhood. Each dwelling unit has a similar sense of front scape with varied landscape: an open court in front, a little gaze into the double-height living room as one enters and a built-in deck at the open court, transforming the entry into an open verandah; a place to rest outdoors within the premise of one’s own home. The slightly varied planting and landscaping at the front edge ensure that, as the plants grow, each unit gains its own characteristics over the period of time.
